Research interests
- Enzyme assays: various analytical applications including bioactivity testing and food contaminant screening
- Smartphone-based analysis
- Food authentication assessment using:
- spectroscopic principles: FTIR (cereal and honey authentication), UV-VIS (wine authenticity)
- instrumental analysis: UPLC-qTOF-MS (honey authenticity), ICP-MS (dairy and meat products authentication) - Targeted quantitative analysis:
- LC-MS/MS (plastic additives in soil, earthworm and food matrices), DART-MS (pesticide and mycotoxin residue screening in food matrices) - Funding received by national funds: i) SMARTASP-project number TQ03000738 (1/2024-12/2025), project budget: 4.3 million CZK (175.000 EUR), Technologická agentura ČR (TA ČR)
