- Instrumental analysis: LC-MS/MS (pesticides residues analysis in food matrices), UPLC-qTOF-MS (honey authenticity), ICP-MS (dairy and meat products authentication), DART-MS (pesticide and mycotoxin residue screening in food matrices), FTIR (cereal and honey authentication)
- Research grant proposal preparations
- Editorial activities: i) Guest editor for the special issue "Instrumental and Bioanalytical Methods for Food Contaminant Detection" organized by Toxics (IF=4.146, Q1); ii) Co-editor of Volume 105 in Comprehensive Analytical Chemistry (CAC) book series of Elsevier.
