Research interests
Sensory analysis,  taste and olfactory contributions to the overall sensory perception. Methods of sensory analysis. The textural and structural properties of foods and cosmetic products, and their interactions with flavour, taste and texture perception and the link with the other scientific discipline such as rheology, correlation sensory and rheological dates.
Member of Technical committee for accreditation of testing laboratories and Secretary of Technical committee for sensory laboratories – Czech Accreditation institute.
