Research focused mainly on metabolomic fingerprinting of food and biological matrices with the aim of authentication, adulteration detection and characterization of matrices. Development, optimization, and validation of analytical methods using liquid chromatography (LC) coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS).
