Research interests
Chemical analysis of food and feed, biological materials and components of the environment, the impact of technologies (including packaging) on food quality, separation methods in organic analysis, the development and validation of analytical methods, instrumental methods - chromatographic separation, mass spectrometry and infrared spectrometry.
